I learned something about myself up at Lothlorien last week: I'm not a drummer any more. I'm done with the drum circle thing, I think. I'm going to miss it a little. But I've got three problems with it that just aren't going away, they're getting worse. And those three problems have crowded out all of the fun, and all of the spirituality, I ever got out of it. Twice last week, I went to drum circles at the Thunder Shrine, and both times I lasted 15 minutes before I couldn't stand it any more. So I'm probably going to give away at least some of my drums, probably to
kukla_tko42, and give up looking for drum circles for the foreseeable future.
